" ETSY..."
Another week is nearing the end and do I feel as if I have accomplished anything? Hmmm....Let's see...Pharmacology and drug tests, immunizations starting tomorrow, CPR class today, drug dose test Friday, oh and this is everything I have to do to go back to work as a nurse. No wonder we have a shortage. If one can just skip the red tape-we might be a little better off or at least a little less stressed. I will endure and continue on....To relieve my anxiety, I peeked through more photos and this is what I found...
Isn't it amazing how gorgeous photos can make us more relaxed? Yours are great:) Good luck with classes. It will all be worth it in the end.

Tiina you are so talented, and that sassy commentary about your pets a few postings back was wonderful. I have a 16 year old, blind doxie....I can relate. Enjoy the "patina" of your future patients.....they are going to be lucky to have you caring for them.
ReplyDeletelove the photos & the ideas they give me...good luck w/ the nursing bit!
ReplyDeleteHello

Hang in there, girl. It will all be worth it. I did a refresher even though I was still working and it was a lot of work but, worth it. It taught me that I didn't want to go back to work in a hospital. I was an office nurse for 20 years and then went into occupational health. I just retired last week after 32 years. Occ health encompasses a lot, teaching, testing injuries and emergency response to name a few. I worked L&D at night and enjoyed that but I'm not a night person. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteMy daughter is a nurse..has been for over 28 years now...she is so stressed at times...but she makes REALLY good money and would not think of giving it up. She works at a LARGE hosptial in downtown Houston.
She too is always going to some sort of "training" session it seems.
She has probably driven over a million miles back and forth to work.. since she started back in the day.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm an LVN and I have been a stay-at-home mom for the past 6 years, so this is what I would need to do to get back up and running as a nurse. It wears you out! I think once both of my boys are in school full time, I will go back to school to become a nurse practitioner. I'll be 70 by the time I'm done. Good luck with everything and hang in there. Beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day.
Sincerely,
Melinda
That pillow rocks!

You can do - you will do it - you are doing it - I did it - and I am a math weenie! But we are caregivers! The photos are just lovely - gave me peaceful thoughts in a high school health room that began with a girl fight at 7:20 this morning! Jennifer jennsthreegraces stop by for a cheery view!
