~ Down By the Sea....~

Lone Star has a new themed display and I love it....Soothing blues and seashells. I guess seashells are making a comeback-never knew they disappeared. I love the cottage look and what better way to achieve that than by shells, lovely antique blue tones and a ship and captains wheel. I love the way the cupboard has the inside painted that misty blue-makes a great statement...How about that chippy scratchy blue childs little hutch-to die for.....Wonder what next months theme will be?........

    I love this color of blue, so soothing and relaxing plus it makes you feel about 10 degrees cooler! Super display, I'd love to be able to see the store in person.

    I could just eat this blog up. I've never used the sea theam. But I am so effected by it. I love the dresdan plate quilt in the background. Maybe one day my quilts will be antic.

    I am so into shells & mermaids right now. After the trip to California Coast I can't get enough. And this heat is AWFUL! I want the heck out of Dodge for June - Sept. HATE the Texas summer heat!!!!!!
