Whew! I can tell this is going to be one hot summer. Either that or I am in permanent "Hot Flash" mode. I took out the bed and put in a table and 4 chairs (2 new and 2 I painted). Added this neat cheeseclothy canopy thingy. I really wanted to hang the large silver chandelier that you can barely see behind the table, but I have to find some hangers that come pretty far out from the wall. It is a little hard to hang chandeliers without a ceiling. Switched over the fireplace mantel, flip flopped the vanity, L-bracketed the chippy old door to make more wall space, and threw around some doilies. All in a days work.....

Looks fabulous and I'm sure the table and the chairs will sell faster than the bed...Love the fireplace mantel on the back!
ReplyDeleteYour booth is just fabulous!!! If I ever make it to Ft. Worth again, it will be my first stop. Love your blog...always look forward to your beautiful posts!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Sandra
I wonder how much a ticket to Texas is from here. I see some mirrors I would love to have. In fact how much would it cost me just to live in your booth? Tiina, I love everything about this place!
ReplyDeleteHugs to you, June
June, you can stay for free as long as you take your dishes to the sink and you vacuum once a week...Hugzz..Tiina...
ReplyDeleteOh, my, it all looks dreamy.... You did an incredible job!!!!

Hey there Tiina, what is that thingy that is holding the pillows in front of the chippy white door? And when I walk into Lonestar which way do I go to get to your booth. I almost popped in yesterday during Ian's ball practice but Em was not feeling well. What a bummer!
ReplyDeleteYour DREAM spot looks great...hope to make it in soon. Getting ready for May 9th sale and two birthdays before that. Too crazy - too hot - ohhh! I'm out of ice. Chomp chomp!

Love it! Was just wondering...How much is the 'cheeseclothy canopy thingy'?? It's just what I'm looking for! Sue in FL
ReplyDeleteIt looks great!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Fab-U-Lous! I think I'm going to have to take a roadtrip to Texas.
ReplyDeleteHi Sue, the canopy is $99.00. If you are interested let me know....Hugzzz...Tiina....
ReplyDeleteThe thingy by the door is I think a plant holder although I think one could use it for towels or other objects to display. If you walk into the main entrance, take a left and pass the checkout counter. Go ahead towards where the layaway is kept and you will see the TV area (there is a flat screen to watch) take a right at the TV area and I am the 2nd booth on the right....
ReplyDeleteSo glamorous! I love all of your pictures and finds. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteWonderful, but else would I expect from you!

Tiina, You are amazing!!! The booth is a work of art! Everything is a feast for the eyes---wish I could visit in person. Re: your daughter and her new bike....does your state DDS offer the motorcycle safety course? My son and I took the 3-day class (street bike)in GA and it was so worth it. I am more comfortable riding off road than in traffic!
ReplyDeleteI just found you. Love your dreams in cream. You know how to make things beautiful. I'm bookmarking you!
